3 minutes of strength training (using compound methods) followed by 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. Then we repeat the 3-2-1 five more times. We'll change things up to keep it fun and to keep our muscles confused. Anyone can do it, because there are levels to each exercise we do. Come train with a great instructor and learn the style of Muay Thai. Muay Thaiis a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It is similar to other Indochinese kickboxing systems, namely pradal serey from Cambodia, tomoi from Malaysia, lethwei from Burma and muay Lao from Laos. Descended from muay boran, muay thai is Thailand's national sport. at 12:00 pm
