This class will develop your cardio endurance while simultaneously strengthening your muscles. It’s a great class for anyone that wants a challenge.
What can beginners expect?
The instructor will offer options for any fitness level, so you can be involved in the class and get a good workout even if you aren’t experienced.
What can more advanced participants expect?
Expect to be challenged, no matter how fit you are. Your instructor will be giving you a lot of body weight exercises and advanced plyometric work.
Meet Our Instructor
“I have certifications in Groupex and Body Pump. I started working out at home about seven or eight years ago and I just got hooked. I started teaching Body Pump for five years and then started to branch out into other classes.”
Interesting fact: “I’ve been playing piano for 30 years and am a piano teacher. I also accompany the choir at South Lakes High School.”
