Established in 2009, True Athlete Performance boasts a management team with over 25 years of experience and an exceptional staff of trainers with degrees and experience in the field of sports performance enhancement. No matter what sport an athlete plays, True Athlete Performance specializes in teaching them how to move efficiently with power and precision; a skill needed in any sport. Our programs have been specifically designed to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels to improve performance and ability.

  • Sessions Offered Monday through Thursday from 5:00 – 6:00pm
    Includes FREE Saturday Sessions from 9:00 – 10:00am with ANY package!
  • Beginner Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training
  • Running Form and Technique Drills
  • Introduction to Strength Training (Bodyweight)
  • Core Strength and Joint Stabilization


  • Sessions Offered Monday through Thursday from 6:00 – 7:30pm
    Includes FREE Saturday Sessions from 11:00am – 12:00pm with ANY package!
  • Intermediate Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training
  • Power Development and Acceleration Training
  • Introduction to Equipment-Based Functional Strength Training
  • Core Strength and Joint Stabilization
  • ACL Injury Prevention Program


  • Sessions Offered Tuesdays/ Thursdays from 3:30 – 5:00pm
    Includes FREE Saturday Sessions from 11:00am – 12:00pm with ANY package!
  • Advanced Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training
