Today, in our 1st day of Fitness this Christmas season. Donny Smith will be leading the adults (below is a kids workout). This is a quick workout that requires no equipment and can be done anywhere, even when you are visiting family over the holiday.

12 minutes! 2 squats, 2 push-ups with 4 burpees at every minute mark (keep building as you go).
