YOUTH STRENGTH TRAINING
Want your kid to get stronger? Want them to learn the fundamentals for a lifetime of staying healthy and active?
The class will focus on teaching correct exercise technique and mobility for injury prevention, improved body awareness, and strength development that can be applied to your child’s everyday life. We will utilize both bodyweight and moderately loaded weighted exercises in a trainer led-structured small group setting.

Experienced Coaching – Coach Ethan and his team have tons of experience with functional movement coaching and working with youth populations!
Personal/Relationship Development – Unlike other programs out there, your kid(s) will get personal attention from the coach and routine interaction with others, developing personal growth and relationship building
Mondays & Wednesdays
4 pm – 5 pm Beginning March 11th, 2019
$300 for 10 sessions or $500 for 20 sessions
