Adrenaline Mom is a one-hour, high intensity interval training workout that will focus on full body strength, as well as cardio, but don’t be intimidated! We welcome ALL fitness levels and always show exercise modifications to help you build endurance and strength at your own pace.
Adrenaline Mom is a community-based group bootcamp class that allows females the opportunity to break a sweat, while enjoying a different style of fitness classes. It’s a safe, encouraging environment that lets you try new exercises to work every part of your body. We utilize a variety of equipment and a combination of body weight, free weights, and cardio to reach your fitness goals.
Kids can stay with you on the field while you exercise for the hour or they can go into the nZone Care 4 Kids area to hang out with other infants and toddlers for an extra fee.
