New Membership Freeze Policy

nZone Announces Updated FREEZE Policy Effective August 1, 2020.

We want to honor our members’ preferences as each member makes their personal choice to return to nZone as COVID Phases progress through recovery.

To do this, we’ve updated our Freeze policy.
What do you need to do?
Anyone with a currently frozen membership account is exempt!

Beginning August 1, 2020, all newly initiated membership freezes will reflect our new policy terms and conditions:

  • Members may freeze their account for a minimum of one month without end.
  • Members incur a $10 monthly freeze fee.
  • Members may restart their membership after 1 month.
  • Members restarting their membership prior to 1/1/21 or within 6 months of their initial freeze date (whichever comes first) may resume their previous membership rate.
  • Members restarting a frozen or cancelled membership after 1/1/21 will activate their membership at current nZone membership pricing.
