What to Expect

We offer packages of 30-minute or 60-minute sessions for 1-on-1 and semi-private group training (2-4 people). Whether 1-on-1 or in a small group, your trainer will customize and progress YOUR workout program based on your fitness level and goals. Sessions are held throughout the facility based on your fitness program and goals. Scheduling is flexible and coordinated between you and your trainer based on your program and availability.

Josh Webb

A dedicated fitness fanatic since grade school, Josh has been a certified personal and group fitness coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2017. He specializes in programming to help build total body strength and power and improving body composition. Josh is formally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and lives in South Riding with his wife and 3 year old daughter.

J.R. Adams

J.R. Adams comes to us hot out of the F45 oven and ready to rock. Armed with his NASM cert. and eight years of CrossFit experience, his specialty is HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and never fails to make your hour worthwhile! Whether that means belting out pop-punk lyrics while you do burpess, providing corrective movements to accomodate for past surgeries and/or recent injuries, or giving much needed words of encouragement, he’s sure to deliver a great workout!

Kristine Rene

Kristine retired from the Marine Corps in 2015 after completing 17 years.In 2016, Kristine completed her Group fitness certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She went on to complete her Barre certification through Barre and beyond. After practicing yoga for ten years, she decided to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yax Concepts at Stafford House of Yoga. Kristine holds a Bachelor’s Degree, in Sports and Health Sciences. Since 2016, she has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. She currently teaches a variety of classes, from Barre variations, HIIT, Cardio, Core, Bootcamps, as well as variations of her Power sculpt class. Kristine specializes in proper alignment, form, and breath work. Her classes are fun, physical, and accessible for “any” body type – Even Yours!

Greg Hamilton

Meet Greg Hamilton, our seasoned Personal Trainer with over two decades of expertise. Specializing in assisting individuals aged 55+, Greg focuses on stroke recovery, prehabilitation before surgery, post-joint replacement care, and overall fitness and mobility enhancement. With a heartfelt commitment, Greg is dedicated to helping you gracefully age, stay active, and live life to the fullest.
