As a former collegiate athlete, I kind of lost touch with my fitness and was ready to get back into the grind. I wanted to get a personal trainer. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. The nZone put me with Matt L. and I couldn’t be happier. He is a true professional and has really dedicated his life to getting others in shape. He knows exactly what he is doing and is very patient in making sure you understand all the exercises. His workouts are innovative, challenging, and customized for the areas I want to work on most. He is an excellent motivator and will push you further than you ever thought you could go. Never in my life have I looked forward to going to the gym more. I have always been interested in health and fitness. It wasn’t until I found myself overweight, out of shape and dealing with a back injury that I made a commitment to make a permanent lifestyle change in the form of diet and exercise. I set a personal goal to learn as much as possible about healthy eating and different forms of exercise. I would love to share that knowledge with you.
As a mom of two school age children I understand the challenges of juggling schedules and trying to make time for a healthy lifestyle. I have learned that by setting specific, measurable, and attainable goals anything is possible. My goal as a trainer is to motivate, educate, and inspire individuals to take charge of their health, fitness, and general well-being while they move towards making permanent lifestyle changes. Understanding that no one person is the same, I focus on making workouts challenging, yet fun for people of all ages and fitness levels. Have a dream, believe in the dream, and go after the dream!
