Choose Your Training Level

Private Athlete 1:1 Training:
Stay ahead of your competition and drive your game to the next level. Customized, advanced training specific to the athlete’s needs.

Group Athlete Training:
Group sessions for middle and high school athletes. We can combine sports in the same group. 

Team Training:
Football, basketball, volleyball, baseball. Whatever your sport, we’ve got a regime for your team!
Adult Personal Training:
1:1 or semi-private sessions challenge you to grow stronger every day. 30 or 60 minute sessions available.

nZone GroupFit Classes blend a variety of formats, styles, and instructors to help you reach your goals and have fun doing it. GroupFit classes included in Discover, Explore, Endeavor, and Ultimate memberships!

Adrenaline Bootcamp is designed to increase strength, speed, power, and cardiovascular endurance in a challenging, encouraging group atmosphere. All Bootcamp classes included in Explore and Ultimate memberships!

CrossFit Hydraulic

CrossFit Hydraulic brings Functional Fitness to nZone. Scalable workouts include a core strength and conditioning program that encompasses ten components of fitness: strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

$25 drop-in fee for guests.
