To use the fitness center, 12-15 year olds have to have a parent or guardian. 16+ can use the fitness center alone and participate in any of our fitness classes.

Yes, each member gets 2 guest passes a month.

Yes lockers and showers are available for daily use. Lockers are not available for overnight use.

Yes, we work with Sarah Mills from SoMoved Nutrition as our nutrition partner.
