Our nZone GroupFit Classes blend a variety of formats, styles, and instructors to help you reach your goals and have fun doing it. (GroupFit classes are included in Discover, Explore, Endeavor, and Ultimate memberships!)

Our GroupFit classes include:

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): A heart-pounding workout that alternates high-intensity bursts with short recovery periods.
BARR (Barre): Focusing on strengthening and sculpting the lower body and core.
YOGA (Vinyasa Flow): A flowing yoga practice that enhances both strength and serenity.
STRENGTH: A class that uses resistance to build strength, tone muscles, and burn calories.
POWERSCULPT: A total-body workout combining cardio intervals, functional movements, and strength training.
ZUMBA: A Latin-inspired dance workout that makes exercise feel like a party.
Christian Hip-Hop Dance: Immerse yourself in a fitness-infused hip-hop experience with positive music, suitable for all fitness levels, from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM.
