To use the fitness center, 12-15 year olds have to have a parent or guardian. 16+ can use the fitness center alone and participate in any of our fitness classes.

You can play, pickleball, basketball, soccer, volleyball and more!



nZone is proud to have:

  • 3 Squat racks for barbell training
  • 3 Lifting platforms for olympic lifting 
  • 2 Rowing machines for full body cardio
  • nZone is also equipped with free weights, TRX bands, and other standard cardio and cable machines.

Yes, each member gets 2 guest passes a month.

Yes, we offer Care 4 Kids. This is available from 4:45-8:15 Monday – Friday.

Yes, we currently offer Basketball and Soccer adult leagues, fields and courts are available for drop-ins and long or short term rentals.

We offer yoga, HIIT, Zumba, Barre, personal training as well as our boot camp and olympic lifting classes.

Yes lockers and showers are available for daily use. Lockers are not available for overnight use.
