Adrenaline is Northern Virginia’s Premiere Adult Bootcamp. It’s designed to help increase strength and cardiovascular endurance in a challenging, fun, and welcoming group atmosphere!

Adrenaline is much more than the typical bootcamp or large group fitness class. Our nationally certified instructors help members of all fitness abilities and ages develop their skills in creative and challenging classes designed to be different each time! The exercises and workouts can be progressed or modified to fit the needs of the individual while at the same time making it so that everyone feels part of a team.

Adrenaline offers unlimited class attendance through a monthly membership program with no contract and no enrollment fee. Discounts are also available for spouses & family members.

Classes are run year-round on indoor professional turf fields and utilize a wide variety of equipment that makes your workout exciting! With so many classes in the rotation to choose from, there is a class time available to fit your schedule!

Fearless and full of fitness knowledge, this one is a wild card! You never know what to expect in her class except SWEAT! Adrenaline has been fortunate to have had Chetna for the past 8 years and looks forward to many more! One fun fact about COach Chetna is that she also loves fashion. She says:

“If you stay fit anything you wear is going to look fashionable and staying fit will never be out of style!”

Mike is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Senior Fitness Specialist, TRX Training Certificate, as well as a SPARTAN athlete. He enjoys helping people reach fitness levels they thought were unachievable.

Sean makes a difference in people, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually every time he walks through those doors. You’d be hard-pressed to find anything this guy can’t handle. So bring on the toughest questions about the WOD or life in general – he’s probably read at least three books on the subject.

This big teddy bear always brings out the best warm-ups for every workout and is there with you until the timer beeps at the end of class. His extensive military background makes him a natural at navigating every workout imaginable.

Erin has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and has taught a variety of classes from HIIT to Yoga and everything in between. While she tends to focus on high-intensity strength classes, her true love is dance and she recently took home a first-place championship medal! While not at the nZone, Erin shares her passion for fitness with her students as a high school PE teacher. She currently teaches HIIT, YogaFit, and Adrenaline Bootcamp at the nZone and is excited to see you in class!

The newest and youngest blood in the bunch – Coach Adams comes to us hot out of the F45 oven and ready to rock! Armed with his NASM cert. and eight years of CrossFit experience, this guy’s always ready to explode! Whether that means belting out pop-punk lyrics while you do burpess, or giving much needed words of encouragement, he’s sure to deliver a great workout!

Lynnea was born and raised in New Jersey where she competed in gymnastics as well as track and field growing up. In college, she was a hurdler and long jumper in the Big Ten Conference. After graduating, she learned about CrossFit and fell in love instantly. Her favorite lift is the squat clean and let us tell you…it’s CLEAN. Lynnea has been coaching CrossFit for a little over 2 years, and she loves getting to help athletes learn new skills, hone their techniques, and push their limits!
